DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes, we have parking on-site should you wish to visit via car. Bicycles can also be chained safely. Our staff are always happy to help load your vehicle.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Lancasters offer Next Day Delivery on almost all items, in some cases we can also deliver on the Same Day.

Be sure to check the information on the product pages for any specific availability.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Currently, we only deliver to certain areas of London, Greater London and Essex. However, we are expecting to expand that soon.

Items, such as Gift Vouchers & Seed Packets, that can be sent via post are available for delivery nationwide.

CAN I ORDER AND COLLECT?

Yes, we offer a click and collect service 7 days a week. Most orders can be collected within 20 minutes providing the items are in-stock.

WHEN DO YOU OPEN?

Lancasters is open 7 days a week.

do you accept card?

Yes, we accept card, paypal, apple pay & more via our website. In-store we currently accept everything apart from American Express, however this is due to change soon.

do you offer trade prices?

Lancasters are always happy to discuss trade pricing with business customers. Simply inform a member of staff and we can provide further information.

what is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is WOOD STREET Overground Station, which operates on the London Overground Line between Chingford & Liverpool Street Station.

do you sell/accept vouchers?

do you load into the car?

Our staff are always happy to load items into your vehicle. Where possible, we can also provide protective sheeting or packaging.

DO YOU have a cafe?

Lancasters do not have our own Cafe. However, there is a independent Cafe within our trading estate (directly next door to us).

can you order plants in?

Although we keep an extensive range of stock in, we are always happy to order items in where available. As we get multiple deliveries in each week, the wait is usually not long. Ask a member of staff for more details.

do you have wheelchair access?

Almost all of our store is accessible to wheelchairs. However, we do have a mezzanine floor which is currently unaccessible for wheelchairs.

can i bring my dog into the store?

Pets are welcome in our store. As with most stores, we only ask that animals are kept on a lead.

can your staff advise on plants & other items?

Our staff are always happy to offer advice or recommendation. Simply ask a member of staff for assistance in-store, via phone or email.

Unfortunately, Lanacsters are not currently offering a maintenance service. However, should you be looking for garden maintenance, feel free to contact us via email for any companies we can recommend.
